Twins!

I had the pleasure of photographing another set of twins today! There is just something so magical about twins, and these two were no exception. Their happiest moment of the day was sitting on a little bench, holding hands and giggling! I think they kind of like each other ; )

The "N" Family

I had a great session at Elmwood this morning. It was chilly, overcast and humid, but this fun family came full of smiles and ready to have fun! They giggled and interacted the entire time; I just happended to be there with my camera to capture it all!

Brian

I love it when teens are up for anything! Brian was game for laying on the ground in busy downtown as well as tromping through a field of tall grass. We had a blast and got some great shots!! Here is little a sneak peek.

New prop for high school seniors

We took my husband's 1959 Chevy Apache out for a joy ride to snap a few shots. I love how they turned out!

Playing in the Park

This was my first shoot at the Heartland of America Park in downtown Omaha. It is such a beautiful park filled with tons of colorful trees and a small lake. I got to play with this sweet family as we strolled through the park scoping out the perfect spots.

Sweet Baby Grace

Grace was such a tease! We worked so hard to get her into position and she'd throw her arms and legs in the air. Then we'd be ready to reposition her and she's just lay there and not move a muscle. And when we least expected it, she'd smile!!

Whisper

My little sister paid me a visit last week, so of course we had go go out and play!!!

Addyson

At 7 weeks old, little Addyson is one strong-willed little girl! Every time I put her head one way, she’d pull it the other. If I put her on her belly, she’d roll on to her side. If I swaddled her, she wanted out. If I took her blanket off, she wanted it on. She just made me giggle! I think she’s going to be a very confident and independent young lady…and not let anyone tell her what to do!

Miss Brynn

I had so much fun playing with little Miss Brynn this morning. She is a beautiful and energetic two-year old little princess who adores her sparkly shoes! Her mother and grandmother were my helpers today and did a fantastic job of keeping her entertained and looking my way!

Mister & Misses

This was a small portrait session at a local park just prior to their ceremony. The forecast called for rain showers, but we were fortunate that the rain held off. It was still a bit dark and dreary, but everyone was in good spirits. These two laughed and giggled, kissed and held hands, and you could just see the love they share. Congratulations Mister & Misses!

Nolan & Taylor - age 3

I get all teary-eyed just thinking that they start preschool next week, but at the same time I am very excited for them! They talk about "school" everyday and wake up each morning ready to go! Then I have to break the news that they aren't going until next week. To make up for not going to school today, I promised that we'd go to the park (I brought my camera along just in case). They absolutely HATE having their pictures taken, but every once in a while I can get them to both look and smile ; )

This is what happened when I asked Nolan to give his brother a hug!

Meet Jack

It was beautiful at the park this morning, and I had the pleasure of photographing an adorable one-year-old little guy named Jack! He was all smiles, thanks to his mommy tickling and playing with him. Look at those big blue eyes! He's a charmer!
